Hydraulic systems are integral to a wide variety of industrial, construction, and agricultural machinery. These systems rely on the efficient transmission of power through fluids to perform tasks that would be difficult, if not impossible, to achieve through mechanical means alone. Among the essential components of hydraulic systems, the hydraulic pump plays a pivotal role in converting mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, enabling the operation of various functions in machinery. One such pump, the double variable vane hydraulic pump, is a key player in many advanced hydraulic systems due to its efficiency, versatility, and performance.
Self-Compensating Mechanism: The double variable vane hydraulic pump is designed with self-compensating features, meaning that it automatically adjusts to maintain consistent performance even when there are variations in system pressure. This self-compensation helps ensure that the pump operates efficiently under fluctuating load conditions, improving overall system reliability and reducing the need for manual adjustments.
High Efficiency: One of the defining features of the double variable vane hydraulic pump is its high efficiency in energy conversion. The pump can adjust its output according to the demand of the system, which helps reduce energy consumption when the system is under lower load conditions. This contributes to cost savings and reduces the environmental impact of machinery that relies on hydraulic systems.
The versatility and performance of the double variable vane hydraulic pump make it suitable for a wide range of applications across various industries. Some of the key areas where this pump is commonly used include:
Construction Equipment: In construction machinery, such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers, the hydraulic system is responsible for powering multiple functions, including lifting, digging, and pushing. The ability to adjust both pressure and flow allows the double variable vane hydraulic pump to meet the diverse power demands of these machines, from high-force operations like digging trenches to more controlled tasks like lifting loads. The pump's compact size also fits well in construction machinery where space is often limited.
Agricultural Machinery: Tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural machines rely heavily on hydraulic systems to power attachments and implement functions. The double variable vane pump provides the flexibility needed to handle varying load conditions, from tilling and plowing to harvesting crops. The pump's smooth operation and efficiency are particularly beneficial in agricultural applications where reliability and fuel efficiency are critical.

Note:
1. When the nominal displacement "4", "6", and "8" pumps are used with a pressure exceeding 16MPa, the rotation speed should exceed 1450r/min.
2. When using a large-displacement single pump and corresponding double pumps at high speeds, the suction inlet negative pressure should be reduced.
3. When using synthetic hydraulic oil and aqueous hydraulic fluid, the maximum speed is limited to 1200r/min.
4. For occasions where low noise is particularly required, it is recommended that the working speed be 1000r/min.
5. The driving power is under the working conditions of P=16MPa and n=1500r/min.
